    Unable to use customised invoice template

    I have customised the invoice template on pastel xpress but when I open it to work on it keeps opening in the default format.i have tried saving as enz.in company directory ,in new forms ,old forms,custom., I have tried saving as eng.also tried logging out then back in.even deleted all original templates and just left enz saved one and still opens in default .called pastel support and gentleman said he doesn't know what else to suggest.please can someone here assist me.

    You need to ensure that the Paper Style (under File...Printer/Fonts Setup) for the document is compatible with the form file name.

    For example, if you want to print your document on plain, single sheet paper, then the form file name must be csdocsp.enz and the paper style must be Single, Plain.

      Thank you kindly for replying.i have checked the printer settings but the problem is that the programme does not seem to even open the new customised template from the saved folder.it keeps opening in the original template.so I cannot even produce the invoice I need let alone try to print it.i have been struggling for two days now.can you suggest anything else I could try please am so desperate

              Apologies for not updating but had family emergency. We tried all suggestions and had two people try to assist.eventually my husband took all documents out of custom folder and moved to computers my documents.left only enz file without PDF.then only did it open in the custom template. Don't know why but thank God it finally worked
