[Question] Shared access for Tax practitioner

Hi Everyone

I have received a request from auditors to give them Shared access on my VAT (efiling). I am unsure of how to actually do this. Can someone please help me with this. When I view the request and want to authorise then it says that "am I sure I want to transfer" I only want to give them shared access as I still do the submission of the VAT.

Hi Stephanie

Go to Organisations, then Rights Groups, then Manage Groups, then Create new Groups, thereafter there will be a dropdown list with various Authorisation levels. The Configuring depends on each situation.
