Basic Tutorial on Business Intelligence Centre

Hie everyone. I'm new to Pastel and to this Forum. I'm trying to figure out how to use Business Intelligence Centre. Please could I have a basic tutorial on how to create and edit my reports using BIC. Help in whatever format is most welcome. e.g Video, pdf, links to tutorials or threads already posted.
