I have no idea how it happened, but all the quotation I did before June 2012 have disappeared from my records. Is there a way of recovering them or do I have to reenter all of them?
If you do have one, you can open it (as a separate company - don't overwrite your live company), export the quotations from the backup and then import them into your live company.
