Income statement Update on Xpress

Hil All,
My income statemet on Xpress update the sales account with eachline on an invoice istead of the full invoice amount
For example, invoice is made up of the following lines/ items on it:
Call out fee - R 250
Labour - R 650
Consumables - R 100
Total - R 1,000

Now, instead of the sales updated with R 1000 entey, the line items each getb posted individually on the sales account

How do i correct this?

Check the following two settings:

• Setup...Entry Types, then scroll down to the lines named Sales and Sales Credits and untick the box named Contra in Detail;
• Setup...Customers...Control, then open the Statements tab and, at the bottom left, select the option named "Print Invoice Totals on Statement".
