    Pastel BIC Error

    Hi,

A client of mine has changed servers. When opening Pastel, they get the following error:

Name:	Pastel BIC Error.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	46.9 KB
ID:	268856

It seems like the path to BIC has changed and now it can't pick it up.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

      Hi, thanks for the response.

Can you advise what information they will need to give to Pastel in order for them to register the new server?

      Thanks!

        You can register it online.

There will be a box online in which you can edit the access code, as this code will have changed because of the new server. During the registration wizard, an access code will be generated.
