Can I access data older than previous year data on Pastel Xpress?

Hi,

Is it possible to extract information from periods older than prior year from a Pastel Xpress database? The client has not made a seperate back-up of the databases when running year end (eg. database is called NAME and not NAME2010, NAME2011, NAME2012). Pastel Auditor can access this data from older periods and I know the information is there, I am just not sure how to access it (if possible) with Pastel Xpress.

Any advice?

If your client is using Xpress V11 then you can access up to 5 years data with the BIC module, or if you create an ODBC data link to the database.
