Can I process in the 2011 tax year in pastel? The previous bookkeeper made errors and I need to redo the year....Please help.

Yes, you can process entries in the prior financial year, with the exception of documents like invoices and credit notes.

When you open the relevant journal screen, click on the Settings button at the bottom, and then untick the box named "This Year's Transactions".
