cash sale in pastel xpress ver11

hi everyone,

I recently purchased Pastel Xpress for private purposes and am trying to set up a retail business on it.
Being a SAP user, I am totally unfamiliar with the Pastel process.

I cannot seem to find a way to process a cash sale and at the same time have coresponding entries made in the specific inventory items sold. The business runs on a different system, but i do get a report of all daily sales per inventory item.

any ideas?
