[Question] Pastel statements-cannot send by e mail

I cannot send statements to my cutomers by e mail,yet I am sending other documents like from Excel by e mail.Pliz help!!!!!!!!

Hi gmawoyo - are you using windows 7? One of our suppliers had to upgrade their computer and had to move to Windows 7. They have also not been able to send invoices or statements to their customers since then.

I sent some on Friday last week,since Monday I cant.I am using windows 7

Partner uses Outlook Express to send documents and Win 7 does not use OE for emails................ I do not understand how you have managed to send statements previously ! Unless..........on the newer versions of Pastel this function has been added to work with other email programs.
Neville would be able to answer this one .
