[Question] Pastel Tax Box Report & Vat Detail report giving different figures!

Please help? When running my VAT reports my Pastel is giving me different figures on the VAT201 and the Tax
Type Report, for the same period
I can recall receiving an email in 2010 from Pastel which addressed this problem as well as the adjustments for the start and end dates, however I've lost some e-mails and of course this was one of them.
If any body can assist I would sincerely appreciate it.
I think that somewhere in the Box Layout some of the parameters got mixed, however I don't have enough knowledge to attempt fiddling there!
