    [Question] Data integrity problem

    After one of my customers had a data problem we ran the data integrity tool. Now for one company the age analysis shows an entry which was a correction by the integrity tool at 31/3/2012 but on the statement it is against 31/3/2013. Any idea how to fix this?

      Hi Suzette,

      Data corruption cannot be fixed via the normal Pastel user interface, i.e. you cannot process journals to fix it.

      However, I have the software to fix corruption and I can fix your problem remotely via TeamViewer.

      Let me know when it would suit you and I will check my diary.
