Thanks for the link. It gave me quite a chuckle.
Fortunately my alma mater was "the school down the road," so I'm pretty well inoculated to the jibes of the "old school tie" brigade. Having met the poster in person before, I also have good reason to believe the "jibe" was made with a healthy dose of "tongue-in-cheek" anyway.
