Pick a forum (e.g. the Accounting Forum) from the full list of forums.

Click the Post New Thread button.
Fill in the thread title and content.
Click the Submit New Thread button (bottom right - tends to be below the fold).

Thanks Dave but I am obviously missing something cause I cannot find a post new thread. I am attaching a picture of my screen

I don't think you were logged in when you took that screenshot as adverts don't show to logged in members.
