Comments are based on opinion...not always facts....that's why people use an alias.
I would take the necessary readings at the DB , loop voltage etc , to enable completion of the form . Under comments I would state new socket from existing socket circuit , or from where ever you took it, and state that the coc is only for the one socket.Originally Posted by Stech

At least that way if anybody tries to come back at you your ass is covered.
Make sure you keep copies of COC's issued for record purposes
