I mean one of the Dept. of Finance's flunkies highly esteemed regulatory bodies tasked with keeping the wheeler dealer finance crowd in reasonable order - Financial Services Board, Reserve Bank etc... one of those.

(Don't particularly care which, frankly. But this nonsense needs to be weeded out, and fast).

Agreed but not with the ANC in charge unfortunately, their priorities lies else where!
