If you want 3 switches, just fit 3 din contactors in the DB and run 4 wires to the 3 lever switch, that way you only have 1 phase controlling the lights.
We fit a din mount contactor in the DB and run the switch wire (relay coil) to a surface 4x2 box with a single lever switch.
I connect the batteries in parallel cascade, so that I only need one DC battery disconnect. I am busy with a 3 phase inverter, with 3 batteries
Presently there are 3 rows of 5ft fluorescents each on their own 15A breaker. The lights are turned off at the circuit breakers in the DB.
