Youngsters sometimes look for jobs in the wrong places and for the wrong reasons. They do not want to do a "meaningless" or low paying job, but want anything with "manager or executive" attached to it.

Like most of us they look for status and money. Unfortunately that does not buy happiness. Rather find your passion and pursue it. Nobody can tell you that being a dancer, driver, writer, artisan, millwright, painter or any other job is not good enough. Do what you enjoy and what comes naturally. If you can not cook, do not try to become a chef. If you do not like talking to people, do not become a salesman.

To build a house you have to lay a foundation first. Do the groundwork and work at being the best that you can be. You will enjoy what you are doing and will be well rewarded if you do it better than the other guy.

I have seen some youngsters do amazing things. They sometimes just need a nudge in the right direction to find their niche in life.
