Nothing at all. The neighbours could bitch and moan and the municipality may write them a letter one day. I have people coming and going all the time, students, architects, couriers and more. My one neighbour is a policeman. Everybody thinks its great that there is so much activity during the day because it keeps vagrants away. We are always at the house so we also end up looking after the neighbours dogs and house while they are away.

The bottom line is that one can do most anything in life provided that you sell the idea correctly. Sell the positives to the neighbours i.e. the guys keep an eye on the neighbours property, they chase away vagrants that loiter around the street, they could look after the neighbours animals if the need arises, they are able to receive parcels on behalf of the neighbours etc.

We have been working from home for about 8 years without any real issues.
