Mr. Moerman got moered stukkend by a taxi while trying to cross Rissik Street on his way to pay a bribe for a government contract. Unfortunately by the time the ambulance got there his wallet and briefcase had been stolen. With the grim prospect of medical costs being paid out of the Road Accident Fund, he was taken to a state hospital and died (officially from his injuries) a few days after admission.

Last I heard the curator for his estate had stripped all the accounts and was living in Europe somewhere.

    So he missed one, huh?

I'm guessing either a bottle twelve year old Scotch or too long on the Vodacom switchboard had something to do with that little outburst.

Maybe I should have asked the same question of your opening post

Andy - Definitely too much Vodacom, and Transnet - but perhaps another time. Sometimes it's a pity I don't drink.

And I thought you were getting one of those "I need your help to move some money" email scams

My apologies to you and Mr. Moerman

My post was pure fiction and intended tongue-in-cheek. Although the fact that it could even remotely be taken seriously does say something about the South African situation at the moment.
