So you think petrol is expensive

Do you think petrol is expensive?

    Diet Coke 100ml @ R2.80 = R28.00 per litre

    Lipton Ice Tea 200ml @ R3.50 = R17.50 per litre
    Amstel 750ml @ R9.50 = R12.60 per litre

    Energade 250ml @ R3.00 = R12.00 per litre

    Brake Fluid 100ml @ R6.00 = R60.00 per litre

    Vick's Nasal Sprayl 50ml @ R9.00 = R180.00 per litre
    Hugo Boss Spray 50ml @ R225.00 = R4,500.00 per litre

And this is the REAL KICKER...

    Evian water 500ml @ R15.00 = R30.00! R30.00 for WATER!

So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on Water, Coke, or Vick's Nasal Spray!!!
Just a little humour to help ease the pain of your next trip to the pump...

Ja but it won't cost R2000.oo to get from EL to CT in 'Diet Coke'
if you drank that much your trip would be delayed so much for 'pith thtopth' you would never get there!

i go with wynn...i have just built myself a kick boat so i can go fishing without the R350.00 petrol bill...hopefully the energy i use to get me around the dam will not require me to drink 12.5 litres of diet coke...would be better to have coke more sugar more energy but i have 5 kg left to go to reach my goal weight and only 2 weeks left to achieve it.

When I was a youngster and the "fuel crisis" first broke (late 60's or so), my folks were always amused whenever I said they shouldn't be complaining because it was still cheaper than Coke.

Hugo Boss also burns. Imagine Henry Ford thought it could be amusing to have a good smelling car while driving?
