I would like to get a small warehouse built just to skate in and do some fun things in. Maybe build half of it for under privileged children, so they would have a safe place to enjoy their selves and have fun, any time. I would like to know the average cost per SF and also an estimate on how much it would be to get JUST the warehouse built. Not the stuff inside.
