You don't understand - Winning tenders is expensive.

There's the bribes, the donations to the Party, the cost of lawyers to keep you out of jail...

The cost of the CMS and styling, my mansion and the convoy of BMW X5's I need to roll is fokkal by comparison.

  2. Thanks given for this post:

Dudes, Few people know I can understand some of the other official languages.

So, I was standing next to this very wide lady at a gvnmt tender posting board. And I clearly heard her say: 'There are five tenders that I want, but I only have R300k, and each one is costing R100k, so which three should I take?'

(I didn't tender - NEVER realized you had to budget for tjotjo.)

LMAO! They will hit this gecko till it admit it is a crocodile. Well, if you re-engineer something, it must be expensive!

According to reports the Free State government was paying R40 million for the development of a government website. Free State co-operative governance MEC Olley Mlamleli said at the same event that the province spent R47m re-engineering 38 provincial government websites.

Why can the People not take these crooks (including the consultants) to court and get their hard earned tax money back?
