    Must-Read Business Books

    Hi All

    Question of the day - what are your must-read business books?

    I'll start off with;
    1.) The 10 Day MBA by Steven Silbiger
    2.) The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Steven Covey

    I've also found the books in the Collins Business Secrets series to be quite good. My next two books are likely be How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and Ralph Sawyer's translation of Sun Tzu's Art of War.
    "Fortune favours the bold" - Virgil

    I'll chuck a few in the hat and then let someone else have a turn

    The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz
    Good to Great by Jim Collins
    Built to Last by Jim Collins
    The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell

    Enjoy How to win friends... it's a classic (I really should get around to reading it again now that you mention it).
    On the Art of War, I went with the Gary Gagliardi translation - mainly because of the parallel context versions that go with it.

    The E-Myth by Michael Gerber is a must read - teaches you how to "systematize" your business for growth. His idea about the Franchise model has been repackaged so many times.

    And for two of the best books I've read - in the Entrepreneurial area
    Ready, Fire, Aim by Michael Masterson - a really great book on business growth.
    The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ de Marco - I understood all the concepts before I read this book but never saw it expressed so well before

    Another one which I've heard is quite good but haven't good around to reading yet is Mastering the Rockefeller Habits. If anyone has read it would love to hear what you thought about it.
