Assuming you are running Partner V14 ....Goto pervasive control centre. Locate your server and company database. Goto tables and and select table named LedgerParameters.
    Run the following script.

    "select HomeCurrencyFormat from "LedgerParameters"

Then change to whatever decimal places you wish to have. Dont forget to save/refresh!!!!

    Hope this works!

@NannetteP. Unfortunately iam not familiar with Pastel Xpress Tables but the procedure will be the same. You just need to locate the table name and column name. You then execute the script as above substituting the table name and column names for Xpress 14.

Good day, we use partner V17, and I also want to change from 3 decimal digit back to 2 decimal digit as this is causing endless problems with invoicing and customers inevitably over or underpaying with a couple of cents. I am not very skilled when it comes to computers. Could someone please, please explain to me step-by-step, how to do this. Please do not assume too much knowledge or know-how on my side. I will really appreciate any assistance in this regard.

Thanks Mr Bailey, I truly appreciate you taking the time to respond to my message. Sadly it is a very small company, and finances are tight!!! It seems I will have to live with the 3 decimal situation, and the additional time it takes to address the under and over payment situation. Will try via Pastel Live Chat to see if I can get to a solution.
