PASTEL XPRESS - OPEN COMPANY WINDOW SHOWS 2 COMPANIES

    Hi everyone
can anyone shed some light on why my company is showing twice on my open companies window. I have just installed pastel xpress v14 on my windows 10 machine and my company is showing twice on the open companies window. it opens fine but i am getting a Pervasive 161 error because it appears it is being seen as being opened twice. I cannot add or change companies as it just bombs out and gives me an error when i try to do this. i have uninstalled everything completely and reinstalled but still the same problem.
any suggestions as to what else i could try would be so much appreciated.
    thanks so much.

Go to Manage Companies, and then highlight one of the duplicate company names on the left pane, and then click on the Remove Company button on the right.

    Hi Mr Bailey
I tried to do what you said, but i get a 35602and 440 runtime error when I try to click on Manage companies.... I have tried to go to the registry but the SagePastel option does not exist under H_KEY_LOCAL.... this is on a Windows 10 machine. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled but the problem persists. Do you have any other suggestions?

Perhaps we need to set up a TeamViewer session so that I can troubleshoot the problem.
