    Pastel Partner - Process Cash Books - Missing Icons / Minimized View

    I click on Cash Book Entry
    The screen comes up

    I cannot maximise the screen or see the buttons found to the right.

    Does anyone know how to reset this?

    Hi dkpinn. Is this a new problem? Perhaps your screen resolution needs to be changed to accommodate the Pastel window.

    Hi Mike. Same machine, same setting, same Pastel. Don't remember changing anything. Nothing new installed or uninstalled. It is very wierd.

    I'll try and change the resolution on the screen and report back.

    EDIT:

    Thanks Mike.. I changed resolution to a lower res. then I put it back to the original res of 1920 and presto. The buttons are back..

    Who to blame.. Windows 10 or Pastel? Possible user? ;-)
