Collapsed building in Lagos, 84 Saffers dead

Is it just me as the media does not seem to think anything what I do?

What made this building fall together like a card house?
Looking at the footage it looks like a perfectly planned and controlled explosion to me as it all "collapsed" straight down and at the same time.
I cannot believe for one second that an alleged collapse would happen all all four external walls and all internal walls at the very same time.
A collapse in my mind would affect a portion of a building (where it gives in first) and maybe spread a bit from there, but not the entire building - all at the same split second.

I have the same believes about 09/11, but lets not go there.

They keep telling us about the RSA victims and no word or numbers about any other nationalities. Why?

It took them a week or so to tell the world... Why?

None of this makes any sense to me.

Seems weird that this was some conspiracy to kill everyone in that building with a controlled demolition in some jerkwater part of the world. Why would someone go through the trouble to blow these people up, why would anyone care? What's the motive? It's not like it's an embassy or something important...

I saw the video and think it's entirely possible for a building to collapse like that with poor engineering.

Any structural engineers in the house?

I don/t know about motives. As there some whacko religious people out there there might as well be some whacko anti religious people out there. That is for now besides the point. As a technical engineer I am just at a loss how it can just fold/collapse like that.

And why the huge delay in reporting it to the world? Why are the local authorities not co-operating very well?
