    where did you find that?

    because we were discussing this issue last week...something else came up...what if the shower rose is 2600mm...just to put a spanner in the works...and yes anything is possible.

    7.1.2.2 Zone 1
    Zone 1 is limited by
    a) the vertical plane circumscribing the outer edge or 0,20 m from the
    inner edge (where the ledge is too wide) of the bathtub, shower basin,
    or for a shower without a basin, by the vertical plane 0,60 m from the
    shower rose, and
    b) the horizontal plane 2,5 m above the bathtub or shower floor.
    And then Figure 7.1.3

    If the rose is 2.6m afl your zone is extended to 3.2m

    Keeping in mind that we are in the new SA
    I have come across plenty who did not consider the "600mm above the rose".
