    Question Simple free CRM application?

I would just like to know if anybody is using or has used a really simple and convenient CRM system? Only got 2/3 users that need to use it at the moment.

Just want to track leads and customer communications.

Something free with a Blackberry app would be beyond awesome.

It's a lot simpler than it used to be, and if Mark is at home with Joomla, I'm sure he'll find Sugar CRM a breeze.

I see there are a number of mobile connector apps for Sugar CRM here. If you go this route and find one you like, please make a post here. I'm working on other aspects of Sugar just at the moment, but something down that line would make a useful addition.

To be honest I took one look at the installation procedure for Sugar CRM and I left it then and there.

I decided an Excel spreadsheet would suffice for the time being. If in future I do decide to "upgrade" I will definitely let you know about the mobile route, which I will more likely than not give a try.

I was also scared off by the installation of Sugar. However for a nominal hosting fee, there are several ISPs who have it as part of their hosting service. It forms part of one of the free software bundles that some offer to sweeten the deal. Sorry, can't remember the name of the package at the moment.

Then you simply log on to the service whenever you need it and they can worry about the installation and hosting issues.

I see softdux has this on the cpanel. I haven't tried it though.

I suspect you're referring to Fantastico. It's often included with cPanel based hosting offers.
