Simple free CRM application?

So I found that my Cpanel has this script available. I've installed it and when I have some time will begin playing around with it. Thanks guys!

Look the Zoho CRM. For just a few users it is free and its really simple to use. We just started using it in for one of the startup businesses I'm involved in. Its free for up to 3 users.

There may be a few downsides. The one downside with the free version is that everyone has admin rights. For a startup however this is probably not an issue.

I looked at Vtiger a while back (which I understand is like Suger but open source) and I think its quite powerful but it was overkill for what we needed.
