    Business applications

I hope you gonna help me. I'm totally confused right now. My boss asked me to find some applications to improve our, quote, "document and campaign menagement, e-mail marketing" etc. I even don't remember quite well, I'm so dazed. Do you know any directories with useful office application?

    My prediction: spam link coming.

On a serious note - how about Sugar CRM?

My prediction: good spammer bad spammer routine coming.

Sage also make a half decent CRM package if you're not allergic to parting with cash.

I've recently started using MailChimp for my email marketing campaigns - works like a charm and the reports and stats are great!

    Agreed!

To little information to provide real help here. But Sugar sure is helpful, but what does the application have to be capable of doing. My advise is to get a proper brief from "your boss" before proceeding.
