    geiliable or ungeiliable?

Once i met one foreigner from australia, he ask me whether i know geiliable or not?
I could only have learnt "geili" in chinese, but i haven't seen geiliable yet.I search in google and baidu, i found some of the meaning just like the chinese on 给力.But later this two words have been banned for no reason in china, esp these words can not appear on the social media.
    why?
    how is geiliable there?
