    Second class citizen?

    I'm sure I've heard this somewhere before....

    Earlier this month, former president FW De Klerk said that non-blacks felt like second-class citizens in South Africa, a sentiment felt by many of the country's roughly three million Afrikaners who believe they are being marginalised in terms of culture, language and history.

    Talk about a long memory. That post was more than two years ago!
    (I don't think I've got a copy). And then there was "Where now the rainbow nation."

    The first rekindling of my concern for the direction of our nation.
