    Have you tried re-registering your package online (this has to be done annually)?

    Go to Help...Register Your Package and follow the prompts.

    @ Neville - Thank you, I hadn't realised I still had to register it online annually. I did that and now it's all working properly.

    So Neville can you confirm if I do not renew the cover (and I never use Pastel support) the bank manager module will be suspended? Seems ridiculous to pay 6k just for that but it is useful.
