    Donations to NGOs

How are donations to section 18A NGOs/PBOs work in terms of tax if the donation is made from a company?

If the donation is made by an individual then you can get a deduction of up to 10% of your taxable income, but how does it work if a company makes this sort of donation?

Not exactly sure of the exact tax implications but also take into acount that it could be used in your BBBEE scorecarding, perhaps under procurement but also what is often missed is part of development.
