    Boot Laptop to different user

Any idea how I can do the following:
I have my laptop at home with 2 users.........my wife and myself both with administrator privileges.
The Pc boots up in my user account. Without having to go through the usual steps; "logof, change user etc. how can I change the boot so the Pc starts and goes to her account automatically ? (Win XP sp 3)

It's been a while since I've played with this in XP so make a note of settings before you change anything so you can reset if necessary.

Open a run box (Start->run) type in 'CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2' without the quote marks then click 'ok'. You should nowsee a list of user accounts so highlight the one you want to autologon on boot and untick the box which says 'user must enter name and password bla bla blah' then type the password for the account in the box and click okay apply etc.

Autologon was not enabled in all versions and builds of XP so if you get error messages then you'll need to reset everything back again. I would play it really safe and back-up everything important before trying this.

    Good luck.

    *Edit*

I just googled this and it might be easier to install an application called 'TweakUI'. It's a m1cr0s0ft application that should also be able to achieve the same end using a standard windows application instead. It can also tweak many other settings which are normally buried deep in the system without resorting to a command line interface.
