Poachers should be shot on sight. If you don't belong there and are armed you should be seen as a poacher and shot as you shoot Rhino and other game.
Should you be sentenced, it should be 15 years pluss 1 month for every Rand value on the black market, no option of a fine!!! Also the Rand value of what you are found with must be paid to anti poaching. A not so willing donation? If only....................

so long as there is a demand for any item or service be it...sex...drugs...rhino horns....kiddy porn there will be market...the less it is available the more its value...sad but true
