    Summer is here

I think summer may be in it's way - it just hit 40 degrees, humidity 28% and no wind.

I might postpone climbing in the ceiling to fit the geyser blanket.

Durban is cooking alright! But at least the humidity is still fairly low.

At this rate this summer could be a belter.

i think i am gona get a team together to fit aircon units this summer...cheap and nasty...like the A team...installation R850 "complete" but this doesnt include the gassing or electrical or patching... yeah i also laughed when they gave me the price...it takes them 45 minutes to fit the unit back to back...R850 so i would say thats quick money for jam then they hit you with the electrical connection but cant connect into the db...so a connector block is fitted where the plug was and extended with a thin cabtyre for an additional R650...and then if they need to gas you pay another R650...and when your house burns down from the bad electrical connection best you make sure the assesser doesnt see the connection for the a/c unit

It is unbelievably hot in Durbs today!

At least I stay on the Bluff, so the cool air off the ocean is driving away that horrible berg wind.

Was just up in Westville, though - Eish. Can't say I'm looking forward to mid-summer.

I was wondering if that blue rag was a fire blanket that they supplied with the installation.
