Hi guys,

I need some input from the bit more experienced guys working in the IT Industry. I've got a client that I need to give a rough estimated quote on the cost of installing a new network from scratch and also prefers CAT6 cable to be laid.

Now the problem is that I usually charge a fixed price per hour labour and then add the cabling and all the extra's to the price for an entire installation after measuring up the office building, but as you have guessed this client needs a quote per point of installation. What is the best way forward here do I keep my hourly labour charge the same or do I adjust it. The cost of the wiring per point will also be worked out on x meter of wiring but when the point is further away charge y per meter extra

Hope someone can help me.
Thanks in Advance
