Hi Dave A, Jean and Winnsor. As promised, I'm back. Did not get any feedback from my intended source. However found an interesting article by Jeffrey A. Babener, the principal attorney in the Portland, Oregon on (http://www.mlmlegal.com/legalissues.html). The brackets inserted as not to post a link. Doesn't look like levels (depth) is an issue.
