    con-arb objection question

In terms of going to the ccma, for exmaple a con-arb.
When they say you have until 7 days before the date of the con-arb to object to it,
is that 7 working days? Or 7 days straight including weekends etc.

If it doesn't say seven working days, it'll mean 7 days - ie one week.

If for some reason you've run out of notice time, at the end of the conciliation stage say that one of your witnesses is not available and could the arbitration be rescheduled.

They tend to be pretty obliging.
