Once again an evening where I've spent more time trying to get pages loaded than reading and replying to content. What a waste of precious time.

Anyway, I've decided to phone them every time I have hassles until they and give me the service I'm paying for. Two nights in a row and counting.

Even though there are some terms and conditions on MTN's offer (duration of the offer is limited), I'm hoping the knock on effect will have a positive impact on pricing for the rest....so maybe there is still hope? Although cheaper broadband means more subscribers, means worse service.....
