    Just had a look at a few things. The one that struck me was
    If you are currently ABC (Pty) Ltd, trading as XYZ, you will have to register the business name XYZ
    I have not registered my trading name anywhere so where would you register it.

    What I can see happening is eventually stopping the marginally profitable services like faxing. As you don't want the consequential liability of the bank contending they did not get a fax. Anyway this may do to business what the LRA did to employment. You can not legislate to protect the stupids.
    Only stress when you can change the outcome!
