    only in africa

today again i noticed people washing the road signs...first thought...great creating employment...keeping them away from crime.

then i noticed they were washing signs which you could not see from the road because of the overgrown bush...my thought was surely they would cut the bush away then clean the sign which they dont need to clean because it is being dusted off by the leaves when the wind blows...well i suppose with the pass rate being reduced to 30% what more do you expect...only in africa viva africa

maybe they dropped it so that julius can get his grade 10 and figue out that if you buy a car for over a million rand you will become a target for kidnaping...you dont need 10 million to become a target...i dont know what he is worried about with a security bill of over 300 000 he should be safe or is it that he is using the same people who are cleaning the signs
