One of the interesting aspects/repurcussions is that the money spent on Labour Brokers is used in calculating your procurment score on the BBBEE scorecard. So companies using a "Black" owned labour broker could drop a few points in procurement. At the same time moving certain staff into labour broking improves certain areas of othe rparts of the scorecard. This seems to be a manipulating technique that is not mentioned too often. For smaller and medium enterprises some significant improvements to the scorecard can occur in this manner.

My concern is that the 'Unions' in creating SA as the 'Workers Paradise' will paradoxically at the same time create the 'Employers Black Spot'
Resulting in big business deploying overseas, mechanising, automating, outsourcing, importing and small business withering and failing to keep afloat.

Eventually everything we need in the country will be bartered from overseas suppliers for raw materials without any direct investment.
