    What is your life worth?

That is a question that every single employee ask when they go to work. This must be especially true for those who work at Banks and Casino’s. These individuals face the fact that they might not go home and see their families, because a robber justified the act of murder in the name of greed.

The shocking prove is that our government is effectively losing to the crime-lords. They go unpunished and without restrained and murder rape and steel from the working class. This chapter aside it is the employees of these establishments that I wish to place the spotlight on.

These individuals fear for their lives and if one see how easy the security around these establishments gets overpowered and beaten by the criminals. One can only wonder if enough is being done to protect them. Also it is a question of: Do they have fully covered life insurance, healthcare and counselling? Do these individuals get danger pay?

These questions must be asked because these individuals work in dangerous conditions and is always under heavy stress thanks to the incline in violent robberies that is taking place. I also ask this question because you do not see improvements being made by the Banks or Casino’s to keep their employees safe or let’s just say that one doesn’t see any improvements on the surface.

Much the same hazard exists at any retail outlet with a reasonable cash trade.

What do you see as the solution, tec0?

In any event if there is money you will have criminals that will do anything to get it. They will kill for it without hesitation. However one must admit that these Bank and Casino robberies are the main targets. This been said our local jewellery stores is also being targeted as of late.

The problem is not Banks, Casino’s or Malls. The problem is that our justice system and our prison systems are failing to maintain justice and reform the criminals in question. One may say that if the criminal is faced with a death penalty that the criminal will be more hesitant. I say it will make the criminal more aggressive.

However the criminal’s aggression towards the public is already alarming so bring in the death penalty for murderers and lesser crimes such as rape and child abuse. Under a normal mindset one may argue that the death penalty is not the answer. I will agree to this statement however the fact is that violent crime tells us that the line is crossed and we are dealing with a predator that can no longer be reformed.

I will also continue and say if a criminal is guilty of prison rape that that person is also given the death penalty because he or she can no longer function in society nor can they be rehabilitated , and that there hostility will remain a problem for other reformed prisoners and the public.

Again cold and perhaps harsh, and yes this system can be abused as can any system but letting them run free will end in disaster. Some may say that we have no right to take life but these criminals think they do and they do more than just take lives they destroy lives via intimidation, violence and rape. So it is time for us as the targeted public to take a stand and say No, but more than that our actions must be decisive, justifiable, disciplined and above all FINAL.

In short it is time to bite back or be eaten.
