    Labour hire registrations

    Hi, one of my clients is starting a labour hire company. Besides the required tax registrations, do any of you know what other registrations he must do? Like unions etc?

    If he is dealing with any of the sectors with central bargaining, he will probably have to register with the relevant bargaining council.

    I'm not familiar with the territory - it's just I came across that issue when dealing with a bargaining council recently.

    Your client probably needs to look at Workmen's Compensation and UIF as well - depends what you mean by usual tax registrations...
