    Small Business for sale

I've started a small business and want to sell. This business has to do with environmental protection and my research indicate that fast food sellers, Shopping centers, holiday resorts, hospitals, event grounds, training institutions, transport companies, housing and other domestic dwellings like flats, estates, and cluster complexes, to mention a few, will be clients if it is market correctly.

This promise to be a low input with a high outcome and can be developed into franchises.

If anybody is interested, or you know someone looking for a sall business, contact me.

I am willing to assist true buyers with what I can regarding the product.

Conyact me on my email at neels@webmail.co.za or phone me @ 072 8360 350

So, why are you selling it?

I'm curious as well, if it's so franchiseable, why would you want to sell the business. Surely it would be a better option to first develop the concept and then sell off franchises.
Secondly, what exactly are you selling?
