    Tito for president?

It has never really crossed my mind but...

Compare these failures with the Reserve Bank, which continues to charge ahead with a world-class record. Mboweni is a technocrat with an impressive political record and, as the record shows, he quit all his political offices upon becoming governor. He is a man of great resolution. He exhibits more flair than the average person, and is brutally ambitious. If in due course it emerges that he has started to position himself as a presidential candidate, it would come as no surprise.

He has certainly shown himself to be a man of resolve and has always been willing to call a spade a spade (see quote below).

I think I'd be willing to support him - what do you think?

I just had to add this quote from the article too,

“I have sought to recruit many competent black people, and no sooner have we recruited and trained them than they leave. I get so upset . . . I am stopping this recruitment of black people. I am okay with my Afrikaners. They stay and do the work, and become experts”.

Wouldn't Tito have to take a drop in salary?

I prefer him to Zuma, an day. But I'm not sure we're going to see this. Common sense isn't appreciated everywhere.

    Tito & Tokyo

The M&G is running a break down on Tokyo Sexwale and Titi Mboweni with regards to their increased political activity and possible presidential ambitions.
